2 cups milk or milk alternative
1 tsp ground turmeric
Pinch of black pepper
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1-2 tbsp. maple syrup or 2 dates
1/2 tbsp. coconut oil
Place all ingredients in a pot and place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a cup and enjoy. If you added the coconut oil place in a blender. the oil will help with frothiness of the drink.
