Description
Sahacharādi Tailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil traditionally used to pacify Vāta doṣa, especially when pain, stiffness, or nerve involvement affects the lower back, hips, pelvis, and legs. Prepared in a sesame oil base and infused with herbs such as Sahacharā, Daśamūla, Devadāru, and Śuṇṭhī, this warming and deeply nourishing oil supports the muscles, joints, bones, and nervous system. It is especially beneficial for conditions such as low back pain, sciatica, sacro-iliac imbalance, pelvic discomfort, and chronic Vāta-type musculoskeletal or neuromuscular pain that worsens with cold, dryness, or over-exertion. When used regularly as part of abhyanga (oil massage), often followed by gentle warmth, Sahacharādi Tailam helps improve circulation, reduce stiffness, calm irritated nerves, and restore ease and stability to the lower body.
